Returns & Exchanges

At 2Modern, we want you to be thrilled with your modern design purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 2Modern account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your item.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior shipping box before sending it back via a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
