The Slow Lounge Chair from Vitra reimagines the classic armchair by stripping away heavy padding in favor of a tensile, supportive knit. A precisely shaped cover is stretched over a tubular steel frame, creating an ergonomic suspension system that naturally adapts to the sitter's weight. This version is finished in Flocca, a bouclé fabric defined by its looped, irregular surface, which softens the chair's technical aesthetic with a cozy, inviting texture. Resting on sleek die-cast aluminum legs, the spacious seat offers ample room to sprawl out, supported by three coordinating cushions filled with recycled materials for sustainable comfort.
