Plass Pendant Light

The Foscarini Plass Suspension Light is a modern pendant light that takes its name from a synthesis of the words, ‘plastic,’ and ‘glass,’ presenting a contemporary interpretation of Italy’s venerable glass-making tradition. Composed of rotationally-molded transparent polycarbonate, Plass is a modern lighting design hat uncannily approximates the look of glass, down to the slight irregularities common to hand crafted glass. The color chosen for the polycarbonate diffuser grey is inspired by those seen in Venice’s Murano glass, colors that help to define the shape of the lamp, and highlight the thickness of the incisions on its surface. A merging of the traditional and the innovative, the Foscarini Plass Suspension Light is ideal for large spaces and high ceilings, equally stunning suspended alone or in arrangements of several fixtures.
